At Waifuverse, we envision a future where people are no longer manipulated by predatory Gacha companies with nothing to show for your investment but a burning hole in your wallet and slightly faster clear times. A place where 2D “ Waifus “ actually make you money and have value in an ecosystem with real world functionality; a place where you can profit from your browsing history; a place where Artists and AI Creators alike can earn money on their creative pursuits.
At the heart of Waifuverse is a Community Sourced MMORPG that shares ad revenue, user fees, and a portion of royalties to flip the extractive model of gacha games in favor of the players. The browser and mobile based platform is the next generation nexus of micro-monetized anime content. We are combining the Metaverse, Gacha, Community Image Board, AI Companionship with other Advanced AI Tools to bring excitement and purpose back to NFT ownership in a seamless way.
In our final form, we will be the ultimate X-App for Waifu content across the internet. Not just a metaverse or an Image/Video Aggregator, nor are we just simps for some cheeky Doge girl AI V-tuber ( <3 Hikari-chan!! I love you!! ), we are pioneers at the forefront of bringing anime Waifus into crypto.
For too long have Waifu enjoyers been forced to navigate the clutter of ad space to find images of our beloved Waifus. Using the power of Gacha to support our cause we will operate a community-driven model that will exist until the end of human civilization. To this end, our platform’s users will vote for their favorite artworks on a weekly basis, the winner of these tournaments will win prize money and a commission to create exclusive NFTs for characters within our “ Waifuverse “ ecosystem.
The Metaverse is in the advanced alpha stages of development where all of the art direction is overseen by the residing game director in order to ensure the lore’s consistency and world-building will withstand the tests of time, and definitely not to hog all the Waifus for himself. Creative control will transition slowly to the community between the 2nd and 3rd generation ( year ) of the project.
