Tazmikella

Tazmikella was a green dragon who lived in the Jade Isles. In her dragon form, Tazmikella can create vortex’s at will that slows the movement of anyone within range. She is often referred to as the Dragon Witch of the Sea, most sailors avoid her territory like a plague and not approach her waters.
