Odessa, “Pirate Empress“ is the captain of the “Heart Pirates“ and the current empress of Bilgewater, she has spent most of her life on the high seas swash bucklin and dodging bullet fire. To say that her crew is madly in love with her is an understatement, they would summarily dive into shark infested waters if it would put a smile on their queen’s face.
