Zuilong/Jeane is an Ancient Water Dragon that has lived for over 1,000 years. When she isn’t drunk and flying into tree’s she is passively guarding Hinata village against malevolent trans-dimensional forces. She has the ability to shapeshift into a human and is often seen at the local pub jeering local passersby into buying her a drink.
